Microsoft announced the release of Windows Diagnostic Data Viewer which will allow users to see all diagnostic data collected on a Windows 10 device.  The Windows Store app shows data sent to Microsoft by the Universal Telemetry Client.  TechRepublic.com noted that this application was previously only available for builds of Windows 10 under the Windows Insider program.
