SunTrust Bank released a statement in April 2018 regarding a data breach of nearly 1.5 million clients.  The client information that was possibly exposed included names, addresses, phone numbers and some account balances.  SunTrust Bank will provide free identity protection services for clients upon request.

SunTrust Bank has set up a web page for clients to verify if their data was part of the breach at secure.suntrust.com.
